Individual Tiles:
For products with varying sizes such as 600x600mm, 900x600mm, 1200x600mm, etc., each tile is sold individually. You have the flexibility to select the exact number of tiles you require to complete your project. Simply specify the number of tiles you need from the available size options.

Edenpaving is an easy to use online shop which specialises in a wide range of decorative products, specialised aggregates and de-icing products


Please check before ordering the dimensions of bagged, palletised goods and of the vehicles transporting them, as we cannot be held liable for non-delivery related to access or safety implications. If in doubt, measure up. Should you request that the delivery vehicle leaves the public highway to make the delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the access is suitable for a heavy vehicle. Neither the company nor the carrier can be held responsible or liable for any damages to property during delivery arising because of unsuitable access. Goods will be delivered via the below method, and the delivery charge will vary according to postcode. It is imperative that your delivery address will allow loads to be delivered to a flat and solid surface (not gravelled). You will also need to ensure there is appropriate access space for the delivery vehicle itself (see below).
All product weights are provided as an approximate guide. Actual weights may vary. If you are unsure about product size or color, we recommend ordering a sample first. Bagged goods will be delivered on pallets with the following dimensions.
Bulk bags weigh approximately 750kg-800kg, while mini bags weigh around 20kg each (with 50 x 20kg bags per pallet). For the delivery of bagged materials, whether bulk or mini bags, please ensure that your delivery address allows for loads to be delivered on a flat and solid surface and has sufficient access space for vehicles of the following dimensions:
Loose Loads: Loose loads will be delivered using an 8-wheeler tipper (unless otherwise specified), and your location must have access for vehicles of the following dimensions:
Returning Goods to Edenpaving: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at sales@edenpaving.com. If you wish to cancel your contract within the seven-day cooling-off period, as outlined in our terms and conditions (paragraph 4.1), we will process your refund as soon as possible upon the return of the goods. In this case, the company will refund the full price of the goods, subject to the following conditions: (i) you are responsible for the haulage costs associated with delivering the product to you, and (ii) you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to Edenpaving. For returns made for any other reason, the company will examine the returned goods and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and in any case, within 30 days of confirming your entitlement to a refund via email. Goods returned due to a defect will be fully refunded, including delivery charges for sending the item to you and any reasonable costs incurred in returning the item to Edenpaving. Your paving tiles will be delivered to the curb side on a secured pallet.

Product Delivery Guide

Please ensure that before ordering, you verify the dimensions of palletised goods and the vehicles involved in their transportation, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to access or safety concerns. If uncertain, please take measurements. If you request off-road delivery, you are responsible for ensuring suitable access for heavy vehicles. Neither the company nor the carrier can be held liable for property damage during delivery due to inadequate access. Goods will be delivered via palletised methods, with delivery charges varying by postcode. It’s crucial that your delivery address allows for palletised loads to be delivered to a flat, solid surface (not gravel). Additionally, ensure there is adequate access space for the delivery vehicle.

Smaller Single Items and Samples

Smaller single products and samples will be shipped in the UK using a courier service, either Royal Mail or DPD

Returning goods to the company: Should you wish to cancel the contract within the seven-day cooling-off period, the company will process the refund upon the return of the goods. You are responsible for both the haulage costs for the original delivery and the return of the goods. Once returned, the company will examine the goods and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period. Refunds will typically be processed within 30 days.
