If you find the same product offered at a lower price by another UK-based supplier, let us know — and we’ll do our best to match or beat that price.

How It Works

Our goal is to keep things fair, simple, and transparent.

We’ll match the price when:

  • The product is identical and new
  • The competitor is a UK-based retailer with the item in stock
  • The price is publicly available and includes applicable taxes and delivery charges

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Find a better price on the same product from another supplier
  2. Send us the details — including a link or a screenshot of the lower price
  3. We’ll review and respond promptly with a price match offer if it qualifies
