Product Delivery Guide
Please ensure that before ordering, you verify the dimensions of palletised goods and the vehicles involved in their transportation, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to access or safety concerns. If uncertain, please take measurements. If you request off-road delivery, you are responsible for ensuring suitable access for heavy vehicles. Neither the company nor the carrier can be held liable for property damage during delivery due to inadequate access. Goods will be delivered via palletised methods, with delivery charges varying by postcode. It’s crucial that your delivery address allows for palletised loads to be delivered to a flat, solid surface (not gravel). Additionally, ensure there is adequate access space for the delivery vehicle. All product weights are approximate. Paving packs will be supplied on pallets, with dimensions as follows: Returning goods to the company: Should you wish to cancel the contract within the seven-day cooling-off period, the company will process the refund upon the return of the goods. You are responsible for both the haulage costs for the original delivery and the return of the goods. Once returned, the company will examine the goods and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period. Refunds will typically be processed within 30 days. Defective goods will be refunded in full, including delivery charges, and any reasonable return costs incurred by you. Please refer to our terms & conditions for more information.
